White Label Configuration
Configuring Your LiteAPI-Powered White Label Booking Site
Every liteAPI account comes with an attached White Label booking site. If you are building your own online travel agency (OTA), then this site can be a helpful reference for implementing the many available data points. If, instead, you are looking for a low-code, or no-code solution, this site can be used to collect customer bookings.
Once you log in to the White Label back office, you can access the configuration page.
Configuration Options
-
Company Name
This field controls the name of the booking site. Usually, this will be your company or brand name. If no logo is added, this name will display as the site tile at the top left of the site.
-
Domain Name
This is the subdomain that will be used for your white label site. It will be followed by .nuitee.link in the final URL. Enter your desired subdomain. For example, if you set the domain name to liteapi-demo, your site URL will be liteapi-demo.nuitee.link.
⭐️ Note: You can also map your site to a domain or subdomain that you own. Contact our team, and we will happily walk you through the process. -
Require Login (Optional)
Toggle this option to require users to log in before accessing your booking platform. If you want users to log in, switch the toggle to On. Otherwise, leave it off for open access.
-
Lite API Key
This API key is necessary to connect your site to LiteAPI and retrieve hotel data, rates, and booking information. Ensure the Lite API Key toggle is turned on. This key should already be set for your project; by default, it will be your sandbox API Key. To take your site live, first activate your production key, then click the Reset button, which will allow you to enter your production API Key.
-
Enable Advanced Accessibility Option
If enabled, search results will only display hotels with accessibility features for disabled guests.
-
Enable Guest Prices Markup
Applies a 10% price increase for guests without an account while highlighting potential savings to encourage registration.
-
Show price provider on rates
If enabled, the user will be able to see the prices of well-known OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) alongside your white-label prices, for rates comparison.
-
Google Tag Manager ID (Optional)
Integrate Google Tag Manager to track your White Label site's events, user behavior, and analytics. The Google Tag Manager ID is usually in this format
GTM-XXXXXX
. This ID allows you to manage your tags and monitor site performance. -
Google Site Verification ID (Optional)
This field is used to verify your site's ownership with Google. It is typically used when setting up Google Search Console to improve SEO performance. Enter your Google Site Verification ID, if applicable.
Support Contact Information
We provide 24/7 customer support for our White Label bookings, and by default, we have our team's contact information listed. Some partners wish to provide support as the first line of customer contact. Perhaps you need a language we dont cover, or you want to add a level of personalization. You can customize the following three fields to define what is listed when a user clicks "contact us" on your White Label site. Even if you are the contact, you should always feel free to contact our support team at any time to assist you with any issues that might arise.
-
Contact Email (Support)
Provide the primary email address where users and partners can reach your customer support team. Enter the Contact Email for customer inquiries. By deafult, the email is set to [email protected].
-
Contact Phone 1 (Support)
This is the primary phone number that customers can use to reach your support team. Enter the primary contact phone number. By default, the number is set to +1 866 338 3099.
-
Contact Phone 2 (Support)
You can add a secondary contact phone number if you have multiple customer service lines or offices in different regions. By default, this number is set to +44 330 818 4701.
Markup
This value defines the markup the site adds to the hotel rates. Since this markup is your source of revenue, it's important to find the right amount that works for your audience.
⭐️ Note: If you are using an attached liteAPI account, the value will be the same for both so changing it in either spot changes it in both. Our revenue and commission guide provides more details on markup and how this can interact with liteAPI.
Final Step: Save Your Configuration
Once you’ve entered all the necessary details, click the Save button at the top right of the screen to finalize your configuration. This will activate the settings for your White Label site, making it ready for customer use.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues or need help with the setup, you can report a bug or issue by clicking the Report a Bug button located at the bottom right corner of the configuration page.
