API Pricing & Usage Costs

LiteAPI follows a transparent, usage-based pricing model with monthly billing cycles. This page describes API request costs per endpoint category, as well as additional billable features available through the LiteAPI Dashboard. Unless otherwise specified in a commercial agreement, the pricing below applies to standard LiteAPI usage.

Billing Cycle

  • Billing is calculated on a monthly basis
  • Usage and add-ons are aggregated per calendar month
  • Charges are based on actual consumption during the billing period

Customers can monitor usage and estimated charges in real time via the LiteAPI Dashboard.


API Request Pricing

API requests are billed based on the type of endpoint accessed.

Places endpoints $0.01 / request Monthly Applies to location/places search & lookup endpoints.
Other endpoints Free Monthly Included within ToS usage, assuming a reasonable look-to-book ratio.
Additional admin seats $4.99 / seat / month Monthly Only applies to seats beyond the included allowance.
Additional agent seats $1.99 / seat / month Monthly Only applies to seats beyond the included allowance.
AI Insights $4.99 / month Monthly Optional feature add-on.
Advanced logs $4.99 / month Monthly Optional feature add-on.
Reports & analytics $4.99 / month Monthly Optional feature add-on.

Price index Endpoints

Endpoints that return pricing indexes (per city or per hotel) are billed as follows:

  • $0.05 per request

Typical use cases include:

  • Rate searches for a year in advance in one request
  • Average cost per night for a group of 50 hotel IDs or a city

Place Endpoints

Endpoints related to geographical and location data are billed as follows:

  • $0.01 per request

These endpoints include:

  • Place search
  • Location lookup and destination metadata

Other API Endpoints

All other LiteAPI endpoints are available at no additional cost, provided usage complies with LiteAPI’s Terms of Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booking and prebooking flows
  • Hotel content endpoints
  • Ancillary and metadata endpoints

Reasonable Use Policy

Free usage of non-priced endpoints is subject to a reasonable look-to-book ratio and fair usage expectations.

LiteAPI reserves the right to review usage patterns and apply limits or pricing adjustments in cases of abusive or non-standard usage.


Dashboard & Platform Add-Ons

In addition to API usage, certain dashboard features are billed as optional add-ons.


Dashboard Seats

LiteAPI includes a default number of dashboard users. Additional seats are billed monthly as follows:

  • Admin seats: $4.99 per seat / month
  • Agent seats: $1.99 per seat / month

Seat pricing applies only to seats exceeding the included allowance.


Optional Feature Add-Ons

The following optional features are billed per month when enabled:

  • AI Insights: $4.99 / month
  • Advanced Logs: $4.99 / month
  • Reports & Analytics: $4.99 / month

These features provide enhanced visibility, insights, and operational reporting.

LiteAPI provides full transparency into API usage and billing through the dashboard.

Customers can view:

  • API request volume by endpoint category
  • Estimated API charges for the current billing period
  • Historical usage and trends

Pricing Changes & Custom Agreements

  • Pricing is subject to change; customers will be notified of material updates
  • Custom commercial agreements may override standard pricing
  • Higher rate limits or custom usage models may be available upon request
