FAQ
Q: Are points actually credited to customers?
A: No. Points are calculated and displayed for informational purposes only. To track and credit points, use "Membership Number Validation" or SSO integration.
Q: Can I show different points for different tiers?
A: With "No Validation Required", all customers see the same base calculation. For tier-based messaging, upgrade to a validation method that identifies the customer.
Q: What if a customer is already a loyalty member?
A: They'll see the points messaging but cannot enter their membership number. Consider upgrading to "Membership Number Validation" to capture their data.
Q: Can I change validation methods later?
A: Yes, you can upgrade from "No Validation Required" to any other method at any time. Existing bookings won't be affected.
Q: Does this work with tiers?
A: Tiers can be configured, but since customers aren't identified, the base tier calculation is always used for display.
